Review of how to form stressed "uh": Let your jaw drop open and relax your tongue so that is is about half way up inside your mouth. Keep your mouth and tongue relaxed while you say it. The stressed "uh" occurs as the stressed syllable of a word.

Practice the following paragraph. During the summer, bugs and insects seem to be everywhere. Hundreds of bees, mosquitoes and spiders come out during the day and rush past us as we work outside. They make ushurry away or go indoors to avoid them. Somebugs hide under rocks or rugs, while others sit in plain view. In my opinion, bugs and insects are a pain in the neck.
