Practice this paragraph. Physical exercise is important and should be a part of everyone’s life. Children like to skip, skate, play hop scotch, and run during their free time at school. Some adults tend to participate in more dangerous sports, like scuba diving, sky diving, and skiing. Others enjoy safer activities, such as jogging, walking, and golf. This doesn’t mean that they are chicken, but only that they don’t enjoy taking risks.
