Practice the following paragraph Jumping rope seems like a simple activity to many people, but for some it can be very challenging. I have seen people stumble over the rope and look very uncomfortable coordinating their movements. They are very noble in their attempts to jump rope, but for some reason they cannot get their feet past the rope without stepping on it. Even with several examples, they just can’t get the hang of it. This is just one of those things that requires a lot of skill and coordination.
