Review of how to form “l”: Open your mouth and place the tip of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth on the ridge (the ridge is the flat part of the roof of your mouth just behind your upper front teeth). The sides of your tongue should be relaxed and down, not pressed up against your teeth. This is a voiced sound, so you will hear your voice when you say it.
